Do I need to send my diploma or document to you for framing?

No, frames are custom designed for your school or organization and the frame design allows for easy, do-it-yourself document insertion. There is no need to send your valuable document!

 

What is the cost of a diploma or certificate frame?

Frame prices may vary by school or organization due to selections and sizes. For specific pricing information, enter your school or organization name in the Search area and select a product, or use our Frame Creator to design your own custom frame.

 

How long will it take to receive my frame order?

Orders ship within 4-6 weeks or sooner from the time your order is submitted.

 

Can I purchase the mat or medallion separately?

No, licensing requirements do not allow us to sell the mats or medallions separately.

 

Do you offer matching frames for my other certificates and diplomas?

Yes, we can create frames to match your previous orders. Use our Frame Creator to design your own custom frame or contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-677-3726  to discuss Special Order options.

 

What do I do if I don’t see my school or organization listed on your website?

We serve over 2,800 schools and organizations. If you don’t see yours listed, visit our Frame Creator to create your own custom frame or contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-677-3726 to discuss Special Order options.

 

How do I know if my online order went through properly?

You will receive a ten digit confirmation number upon completion of your online order. An order confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours of order placement.

 

I see a box for coupon codes on your order form. How do I get one?

To sign up for occasional emails from Framing Success, just click on "Join our email list" at the left side of this page. You may unsubscribe at any time and we will never rent, sell or share your information with others, as assured by our Privacy Policy. To ensure Inbox delivery, please be sure to add framingsuccess@framingsuccessmail.com to your address book or Approved Senders list.

 

Do you ship frames internationally?

Yes!  Orders shipping to Canada may be placed online by selecting your desired shipping destination in the drop down menu during the checkout process. For all other international shipping destinations, please contact our Customer Service department at 757-689-3001 to place your international order. Please allow additional time for international shipping.

 

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes. You may order online at our Gift Certificates page.  Gift certificates may be emailed or mailed via USPS to the recipient at no additional charge. Recipients may redeem their gift certificates by calling our Customer Service Specialists at 1.800.677-3726 and providing their certificate number.
